On one particular home, due to our hectic schedules, he even shot a full video walkthrough of a house that we really wanted to see, but couldn't get to due to time constraints.

Once we found the home we ended up purchasing, Josh was very active and involved with shepherding documents through the necessary process and fielding any and all problems/questions that arose.
